Ichiran Ramen, a Japanese chain, is bringing its quirky “private slurping booths” to Manhattan.
The new 1,444-square-foot location at 132 West 31st St., between Sixth and Seventh avenues, focuses solely on tonkotsu ramen, which is made with pork bone broth and skinny noodles.
The Manhattan location will have 46 seats. It is slated to open in April.
