They’ve gone from bride and groom to bride and bride!

Teresa Worrall is set to renew her vows with her lady love, Tamsin Worrall — just 18 months after they were hitched as wife and husband.

When the English couple got married, Tamsin Worrall, 53, was known as Tim, a dad who’d always wanted to live as a woman, according to Caters News Agency.

Teresa Worrall, 52, said Tim had always been open about his desire to live as Tamsin.

“Tamsin and I first got together in 2012. On our first date, she came to meet me as Tim, but she had been very open with me from the start about her gender,” Teresa said. “At the time, she was just dressing up part-time.”

Even on their wedding day in September 2014, Teresa said, she knew another ceremony would be in the works.

“On our wedding day, I married Tim because Tamsin still hadn’t changed her name,” she said. “Throughout the ceremony, I knew we would be doing it again once Tamsin had made the full transition.”

Teresa added: “We are planning to renew our vows in around 18 months’ time. I know Tamsin will be wearing a white wedding dress.”

Teresa said she’s grateful her two adult kids are so receptive to this confusing, gender-bending marriage.

“My two daughters and granddaughter have always accepted Tamsin for who she is,” Teresa said. “She (Tasmin) is such an honest and loyal person and we all want her to be happy.”

Tamsin also has two kids by a previous relationship.

“I always knew there was something different about me, but I never knew what it was,” Tamsin said. “It look a while for me to realize that gender was the problem.”

Tamsin added: “I was married with two young daughters, but I knew there was something different. Eventually I bought myself a black lacy pair of knickers, took them back to the house and waited until everyone had gone to bed before I put them on. I pranced around the house feeling very pleased.”

The couple’s unique love story hearkens to the critically acclaimed Amazon comedy series “Transparent,” about a family dealing with a dad — played by Jeffrey Tambor — going through gender transition.
