Wish you hadn’t broken up with your ex? Now you never have to.

Wealthy New York City singles are tracking down replicas of their old flames by sending photos of exes to an online dating site that uses a computer program to find matches with similar faces.

Match.com’s new service, unveiled earlier this month, features “cutting-edge facial recognition technology” that hooks users up with love interests based on a physical type — such as chiseled cheekbones or big eyes, according to a rep for the Web site.

Specialists match the image of the user’s ex with photos of other singles in the Match.com database, according to the Web site, which charges $5,000 for the six-month service.

The high-tech love hunt is clicking with some singles.

“I definitely need to find [my date] attractive, so this makes it more of a sure thing,” said one 30-year-old doctor from the Upper East Side, who submitted photos of five exes.
