Design duo and husband-and-wife team Stéphane and Nassim Lefebvre, of Lefebvre Atelier Engineering, are listing their own Upper East Side digs at 1175 York Ave.

The three-bedroom, two-bath condop is on the market for $1.49 million — down from its $1.75 million ask last year.

Stéphane is an architectural and civil engineer and Nassim is a designer.

Together, they renovated this family friendly home, which features grey oak floors, a chef’s kitchen, open dining space and lots of custom closets.

Building amenities include a gym, children’s playroom, roof deck and garage.

The Lefebvres bought the apartment in 2018 for $1.17 million and put $300,000 into the renovation, say listing brokers Robert Taub and Peter Gumas of Douglas Elliman.
