Harvey Weinstein’s sex assault scandal is ruining Americans’ sex drive, according to a crony of Vladimir Putin who claims the disgraced Hollywood mogul is a victim of an anti-men conspiracy.

Dmitry Kiselyov, the Putin-appointed head of state-run media outlet Rossiya Segodnya, made the wacky accusation on his Sunday talk show, according to the English-language Moscow Times.

“I’m categorically against sexual harassment,” Kiselyov reportedly said on Channel One’s flagship show “Vesti Nedeli.” “But this campaign, with brutal seriousness, threatens to destroy the humor in people’s relationships… affecting impulsivity, spontaneity and passion.

“There’s no sex in America” he said. “There’s no human nature, no romantic adventures… Now everything can be seen as dirty harassment.”

He claimed there is a conspiracy to undermine men — and Weinstein was the first “to be crushed.”

In particular, Kiselyov focused his ire on Weinstein accuser Paz de la Huerta while swooping in to defend alleged creep Kevin Spacey.

De la Huerta has said she was too frightened to turn Weinstein away when he showed up at her apartment unannounced and raped her for the second time in 2010 — but Kiselyov mocked the woman for even letting Weinstein into her building a second time.

“How dare he [rape her], especially when she invited him a second time?” a sarcastic Kiselyov said, according to the English-language Moscow Times.

Kiselyov, who once said hearts of gay people should be burned rather than used in transplants, also defended Spacey after his Netflix show “House of Cards” collapsed amid sex harassment allegations.
