Surf Lodge is launching its 11th year with a new culinary director, executive chef Ron Rosselli, a veteran of Locanda Verde and Café Boulud.

The hotspot, which is also known for its live music and celebrity scene, also debuted Hampton Water, a new rosé wine by rock icon Jon Bon Jovi and his son Jesse Bongiovi at a party hosted by owner Jayma Cardoso and attended by Christie Brinkley and Ja Rule.

Hampton Water is a blend of grenache, cinsault, syrah and mourvèdre grapes. It retails for $25 a bottle.
