Vietnamese-born Chef Dom Pham, formerly of O Ya, Geisha and Morimoto, is launching his own restaurant, Sushi Ishikawa, at 419 E. 74th St. this week.

The seasonal omakase menu features meals spanning 12 courses ($85) and 15 courses ($125).

The intimate eatery will seat 23 people plus a sushi table that seats 11.
