Sushi by Bou is following the Jue Lan Club to the Hamptons this summer. The affordable omakase hot spot, from chef David Bouhadana and partners Michael Sinensky and Erika London, from FB Hospitality Group, is also part of the Jue Lan Club in Chelsea.

Sushi by Bou Southampton will offer a $100, 60-minute omakase experience or a $50, 30-minute lunch offering. Dinner seatings feature 15 pieces and a seasonal handroll.
