For die-hard Frank Sinatra fans, there’s now a chance to live like the crooner — but it won’t exactly cost a song.

Villa Maggio, the California estate built by Ol’ Blue Eyes in 1967 (which he named for his character in “From Here to Eternity”), is on the market for $3.95 million, according to Hilton & Hyland, the listing brokerage.

Though Sinatra considered the 5-acre Palm Desert spread his personal sanctuary (he owned it for 12 years), he also used it for entertaining guests — most notably other members of the Rat Pack.

And it’s no wonder: There’s plenty of space for it. The compound features three buildings spanning 6,428 square feet. There’s a five-bedroom main house, a guesthouse with three bedrooms and a pool house with two saunas. More sports-inclined visitors can whack tennis balls on a court, shoot hoops at the basketball court or go for a dip in the pool. And for those who want privacy, the estate also features its own helipad.

Interior details include five stone fireplaces in the main house, as well as a formal dining room, living room and two full kitchens. The guesthouse, which stands two stories tall, has three separate suites — each with its own mini-kitchen and fireplace.

But if more space is needed, there’s an option to include an attached 2.5-acre lot in the purchase of the estate.

Hilton & Hyland’s Frank Jackwerth has this listing.
