A new book features beefy sandwiches so decadent that it’s called “PornBurger.”

Author and chef Mathew Ramsey started cooking and photographing NSFW hamburgers in 2014 and posting them on his website, PornBurger.me.

“I tasked myself with making one kinky burger a week,” Ramsey, who is based in Washington, DC, tells The Post. His first creation was the subversively titled Bambi, made with a venison patty covered in taleggio cheese and pickled beets. The cheeky My Bloody Valentine, made with lamb heart tartare, and the Merman, a beef patty smothered in a sea urchin-butter sauce, followed.

“I wanted the project to be ingredient-driven, and figure out how I could bend different ingredients into a burger,” says Ramsey, 37.

After eight weeks, Gizmodo wrote a story about the blog, and the site’s traffic exploded to thousands of daily visitors. Some are just there to watch, but for those who want to get between the buns themselves, Ramsey insists his elaborate creations are manageable for home chefs.

“We live in a culinary golden age where techniques and ingredients are just a drunk Amazon Prime click away,” he says.

Ramsey suggests using his recipes just as inspiration for your own experimentation.

“It’s always fun to mix it up a little and push boundaries.”
