What do you get when you combine the high-rise penthouse with the corner 7-Eleven store?

A caviar-topped Twinkie.

Chicken Charlie’s FRYBQ of San Diego will be unveiling the salty-sweet snack at the Orange County Fair — which opens July 17 — in honor of the fair’s 125th anniversary. And for only $125, the high-low snack is all yours.

The restaurant recently sold fried cherry Kool Aid bites at the San Diego County Fair, and their dessert menu offers items such as fried Oreos, fried cookie dough and ice cream nachos.

Bon appétit!
