An amateur photographer from Canada was praying for a great wildlife shot — and caught this polar bear in several ridiculously adorable poses, including one where he appears to be praying — or plotting.

The polar cub had been playing with a stick, throwing in the air and then picking it up with his front two paws clasped in front of him.

The image was snapped by Toronto school teacher Missy Mandel, 49, on a trip to remote Kaktovic, Alaska.

“He was putting on a show for the camera by tossing a stick in the air,” Mandel told Mercury Press & Media. “Each time he picked it up, he put it in his mouth. He really enjoyed the attention.”

Shortly after playing with his sleep, he zonked out for a nap with mama bear.
