Sauce, at 78 Rivington St., is opening LES Pizza this month — a takeout window adjacent to the restaurant, with outdoor seating for 10 in warm weather.
The thin-crust low-calorie pizzas will come from Sauce’s kitchen.
Offerings include a blanco pie with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, pecorino, kale and truffle oil along with a caprese pie, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, egg, pancetta, fontina, provolone and truffle oil.
