This pregnant North Carolina woman is already pumping — iron!

Emily Breeze Watson is just days away from her due date, but that isn’t stopping her from hitting the gym six days a week to get in her workout — which includes dead-lifting 205-pounds.

“I want people to think that they can continue to do their normal routine, whatever their normal is, while they’re pregnant,” the 31-year-old fitness instructor told Barcroft Media.

Some people have expressed outrage on Facebook.

“People have criticized me on social media, which I find interesting because I had no idea that it would spark any kind of buzz like that,” she said.

“I’ve just tuned it out. I don’t even want to read it or care,” Watson added. “I know with full confidence that my doctor and I are on the same page. And we’re working towards bringing this healthy baby into this world.”

And while she’s dealt with online haters, she’s got a strong supporter by her side — her husband, Montell, who regularly trains with her.

“I support her 100 percent and I’m so proud of everything she’s been able to do,” he told Barcroft. “I’m obviously cautious because I love her and I love the little guy in there and just want to make sure that everything is OK.”

Watson is due this week and is already planning her return to the gym.
