Celebrities dabbling in real estate isn’t exactly breaking news.
Whether they’re nabbing a new property downtown or claiming a stake in a tropical hot spot, Hollywood’s most notable names are always looking for new ways to cash in.
The newest A-lister venturing into the investment ring: Reese Witherspoon.
Reports are surfacing that the “Wild” beauty is looking to open a hotel in Nashville, Tenn. While Witherspoon is staying mum on her latest project — sans a cryptic Instagram — Us Weekly notes that she and hubby Jim Toth have already met with an architect and decorators.
Even though Witherspoon has her hotel team in place, if she’s on the hunt for suggestions, these fellow stars-turned-hoteliers might be able to help.
