SEND ME AN INVOICE: Airtran passengers will now have the option of using the Bill Me Later program when booking. First used by America West/US Airways, it requires an instant credit check to enroll [Airtran]

FLAT OUT: Delta, which has long-resisted the concept of First Class, preferring a one-size-fits-all, fancier Business Class model, announced that its newest long-haul planes, which come on line next year, will feature a flat-bed top class. Seats look a lot like the typical “pod” design, which you can find right now on airlines such as Virgin and EOS. [Delta]

SPEAKING OF EOS: A third all-biz carrier (MAXjet makes three) enters the New York-London market, beginning January 25. Silverjet promises daily service from Newark to London-Luton, with a standard round-trip fare of $1,857. Passengers will utilize a private jet terminal at Luton. The experience on board the 767 will offer 75″ flatbeds, for a maximum of 100 passengers. Bookings aren’t available for US customers just yet, but the site’s up and running [Silverjet]
