Overheard while watching the World Cup matchup between Italy and Slovakia down on Mulberry Street this morning: “Mannagia! We just got our cannoli kicked in by a bunch of low-life,  faccia de ga–wait, who were those pr@#%s again?”

While Slovakia is one of the lucky few to graduate the Eastern Bloc school of economics magna cum laude (it’s one of only two ex-Commie nations to join the Eurozone), it’s even more surprisingly good looking.
