I suppose it’s a lucky problem to have, but I do travel more than I am able to write about in the paper. Last month, I spent a week in Hawaii, where I had the good fortune to find the time to drive around the island of Oahu (that’s the main one, where Honolulu is.) Lots of people think Oahu is too crowded. I think the crowds are what make it interesting.

Anyway, I shot loads of pictures, and ate loads of great food. So, in lieu of being able to run the big fat cover feature I wanted to do a few weeks ago, I decided to put some of my favorite shots, along with explanatory captions, in a Flickr set and post them for y’all to see. So, it’s like a photo story, in a sense. Hope you like.
