It’s a bird … it’s a plane … it’s a crane?

Yes, and a luxe getaway, too! A Danish team has transformed a former coal crane in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn harbor into a spiffy two-person retreat, spa and meeting space called the Krane.

The bedroom features all-black interiors, reminiscent of the structure’s gritty industrial past, while the spa boasts side-by-side soaking tubs overlooking the harbor.

The innovative accommodation also provides a complimentary BMW i3, bikes and a concierge.

This is not some humdrum hotel (from about $2,900).
