Deathly afraid of heights? Steer clear of China’s new, glass-bottom skywalk, which lets visitors walk along the cliff of a mountain, 4,600 feet above the plunging valley below.

Tianmen Mountain in central China means “Avenue to the sky,” named for its sweeping view of Hunan’s landscape. On Monday, its 300-foot-long, 5-foot-wide glass skywalk opened to the public. Scroll through these photos to see why it’s being dubbed the “Coiling Dragon Cliff” skywalk.
