Boatloads of American tourists will soon be flooding Havana, Cuba.
This week, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Line received approval from the island nation’s government to sail to Havana from Miami starting in 2017.
According to the International Business Times, Royal Caribbean Cruises’ 2,020-passenger Empress of the Seas would most likely be used for the Cuba trip. More-detailed itineraries will come later.
Meanwhile, Norwegian Cruise Line will be sending at least three ships to Cuba by March 2017.
