St. Tropez, by way of the Upper East Side, is finally coming to the Hamptons this summer.
Le Bilboquet, an uptown staple, is set to open on Memorial Day in space once occupied by B.Smith — from 1997 to 2015 — on Long Wharf in Sag Harbor, Side Dish has learned.
In Manhattan, Bilboquet has an urban, jet-setting vibe for the power lunch city crowd. The East End outpost, however, “will be more like Club 55 in St. Tropez,” a source said. “Think fun, lots of fresh fish and produce and a lot of flowing rosé.”
Bilboquet is owned by Philippe Delgrange with partners Ron Perelman and Steve Witkoff.
Harlow East occupied the Long Wharf site in the recent past.
