These ex-ambulance workers are proving they’re sirens in their own right.

A lesbian couple who went from front-line workers to frisky OnlyFans stars says they’re now performing a different kind of community service.

Kayley Winterson, 26, and Emily Rose, 28, were previously employed as emergency medical technicians for the United Kingdom’s National Health Service, making £11 ($13.80) an hour.

But the pair decided to go from lifesavers to heart-stoppers, creating kinky content on OnlyFans after suffering “extreme burnout” amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Working in the ambulance service was terrible for our mental health,” Winterson declared in an interview with Southwest News Service, saying she frequently had 15-hour days.

The naughty Norfolk natives were also occasionally required to transport critically ill patients to the hospital via helicopter, given that they worked in a rugged and remote area.

After almost a year as an EMT, Winterson decided to quit the service in January 2021, saying she was unhappy with the paltry salary she was earning.

“One of the final straws for me is when I was working throughout lockdown, and I spoke to people that would earn more than me working at a coffee shop,” the kinky content creator claimed.

“I was on £11-an-hour driving around during the height of the pandemic, going through really traumatic experiences and getting nothing back.”

Winterson quit work as a paramedic in January 2021 and kickstarted her OnlyFans two months later.

Girlfriend Rose, meanwhile, continued to work in emergency medical services and noticed her health deteriorating.

“I had some pretty traumatic experiences at work,” she candidly stated. “The job started to destroy my mental health and my perception of the world. I felt like I was dedicating my life to something and getting absolutely nothing back.”

Rose also noticed how girlfriend Winterson was enjoying life much more after joining OnlyFans. “There were times when I was going out on a long night shift, and I’d get videos from Kayley in the bath at home eating chocolate strawberries and pouring champagne over herself,” she said.

At the beginning of this year, Rose also decided to leave the ambulance service to create content with her ladylove.

The couple is now happier than ever, making almost quadruple the amount of money they did while employed as first responders.

“We’re bringing in more than I could have ever imagined whilst working in the NHS,” Winterson declared. “We take pride in our work in the same way we took pride in our work whilst working in the NHS.”

And while the duo’s new job requires some physicality, they’re far from exhausted.

They describe their content as “what we were doing before anyway, but just setting up a camera with good lighting.”

“Our mental health is 100 times better,” Winterson cheered. “We almost don’t live in reality anymore. We get up when we want, sleep when we want, and barely know what day of the week it is.”

The OnlyFans stars say unless drastic changes are made to NHS culture, the British government can only expect more employees to leave their jobs to become OnlyFans creators.

“I think the NHS work culture is going to get worse in the next couple of years. Staff are being paid the bare minimum and are being ground down to a pulp,” Winterson said.

“At the end of the day, there has to be a point where enough is enough. We’re glad we made the switch, have never looked back, and are excited to see where we can go from here.”
