It’s a nationwide movement.

First, a “Mad Pooper” jogger struck in Colorado Springs in September. Then, No. 2 struck last month in Orchard Park, NY.

Now it’s happening a turd time: a jogger has been defecating in a neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas.

“It was vile,” the latest victim — Tiffany Mattzela of Little Rock’s Hillcrest neighborhood — told her local Fox News affiliate of the “huge pile of feces” in her driveway.

Initially, she suspected a dog — a big one — was responsible.

But footage from her security camera revealed the bipedal son-of-a-b—h behind the mess.

“When we did, we found it was not a dog,” she said. “It was a person who had been jogging down the street, ran up between our two cars, defecated, and ran away.”

Mattzela’s neighbors claim they, too, have been dumped on.

“The neighborhood’s calling him the S–t Bandit,” she said.

All three poopetrators remain at large.
