New Jersey cops caught a burglary suspect after he left a cigarette butt at the scene of the crime and detectives found his DNA on it, according to a report Thursday.

Miguel DeJesus, 19, was busted by the Bergen County Sheriff’s office nearly a year after he allegedly broke into a home in Closter and stole thousands of dollars in items, the Daily Voice reported.
