A Manhattan superintendent was so grossed out by a tenant’s apartment — which was filled with roaches, trash and even a dead cat — that he posted video of the monumental cleanup online.
The Daily Mail said the apartment was in the Lower East Side, but did not specify the address.
“Whatever you’ve seen, you’ve never seen nothing like this, superintendent Martin Fernandez says in the YouTube clip.
The clip shows crawling cockroaches, rotting rubbish and the cat’s corpse.
Fernandez said the tenant had kept the place clean until two years ago, when he began hoarding stuff.
Bizarrely, among the filth, Fernandez found a tidy white tuxedo, hanging next to the shower.
The tenant, who was not named, was evicted after a more than one-year court battle.
