A blow-up sex doll bobbing around in a river in England rattled passers-by who mistook the doll for a dead woman.

The inflatable brunette — topless and with her eyes shut — was spotted Sunday floating between boats on the River Medway in Maidstone, Kent, according to reports.

Some witnesses feared the worst at the sight of the sex doll.

“Some people out for a ramble saw her first and were about to dial 999 for the Murder Squad,” local resident Tom Maybury, 21, told The Mirror.

“She was floating face-up between a moored boat and the riverbank and looked for all the world like a body. She was dead sexy looking, with a shapely figure and pouting lips,” he said.

Maybury added, “She was life-size and it really looked like a body.”

Twitter user @Djdaziedaz posted a photo of the sex doll to the social media site, saying, “Look what I found in Maidstone river.”

The man who posted the photo later told Kent Live, “Not a clue where it’s came from — obviously from someone having a good night!”
