A Maryland sicko choked his stepfather to death and posted a selfie lying next to the corpse, according to reports.

Cops in Bowie responded to a Dalby Court home around 8 a.m. Saturday, where they found the 65-year-old man’s body inside a garage, WJLA reported.

They quickly began searching for the suspect and arrested him after a chase — first by car and then on foot, Tyler Hunter, a Prince George’s County Police spokesman told WTOP.

The victim died of upper body trauma, the station reported.

Cops soon learned that the stepson had tweeted out multiple pictures of the body — one of himself lying next to it, the station reported. The photos have since been removed.

Family members told WJLA that the two had a tense relationship with verbal and physical disputes — and neighbors said that police have showed up at the home before.

“I don’t fully understand why people are finding themselves in a place where they’re resolving a dispute and ending with a death,” Chief Hank Stawinski of the Prince George’s County Police told WJLA.

Neighbor Andrea Dickson was shaken by the news.

“It’s sad, it’s right in front of you, it’s hard to fathom I saw him yesterday and not today,” Dickson told the station. “[I’m] heartbroken.”

Cops have not identified the victim or his stepson.
