
WEIRD BUT TRUE
It’s not a crock that a British farmer has opened the nation’s first crocodile farm. Andy Johnson, 36, is raising eight Nile crocs, imported from Africa, in a heated building in Cambridgeshire – for food.
He hopes to start selling the victuals within four years of breeding them.
“Some say it is similar to chicken. It’s not,” he said before stating the obvious. “It tastes of crocodile.”

At 100,000-to-1 odds, if you bet the maximum $500 that the planet will survive and it does, you win half a penny.

Gerhard Sobor, of the town of Traisen, said he knew the snoring wasn’t his old lady’s.
“I walked into the bedroom and found a strange man, fully clothed, snoring away on my bed,” he said. “His pockets were full of my wife’s jewelry – and there was an empty bottle beside him.”
