It was a special delivery, even if it was a bit macabre.

When veteran UPS driver Jeff Hornagold died last week of lung cancer, his co-worker took him on one last ride.

On Saturday, Michael McGowan transported Hornagold’s body in his UPS truck from a suburban Chicago funeral home to his memorial service. (Going in style, eh?)

McGowan says he plans to keep a picture of Hornagold in his truck until retirement so they can keep riding together.

Workers at a local business couldn’t get any emergency agency to help out when they spotted the forlorn feline, so they called on the plumbing and drain service.

The effort took six hours – and ended with rescuer Larry Ozanick taking the kitten home.

He says he plans to name him Roto.

Talk about a full house.

A woman in Abbotsford, British Columbia, recently gave birth to her 18th child.

Proud pop Alexandru Ionce said his 44-year-old wife, Livia, gave birth to their daughter, Abigail, on Tuesday. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces.

“We never planned how many children to have,” he said.

“We just let God guide our lives, you know, because we strongly believe life comes from God.”
