Two Morris Plains, NJ, men were fined and sentenced to 50 hours of community service for staging a UFO hoax.

They triggered dozens of 911 calls about UFO sightings when they set off road flares tied to helium balloons over central New Jersey, claiming it was an April Fool’s joke.

Oh, the poor deer.

First, a car struck the creature near White Hall, Ark., but it survived and crashed through the glass doors of a travel plaza.

It then crashed through another set of glass doors, and ran back out onto the highway, where another car hit it.

Miraculously, the tragic critter survived that strike — only to finally be killed by a truck in the opposite lane.

A Swiss woman who suffered a stroke has developed a phantom third limb that her brain responds to as if it were really there.

The funny thing is, it’s so responsive that the woman can scratch an itch with her imaginary arm. Phantom limbs are common among amputees.

A cat in China has adopted two puppies and is teaching them how to catch mice.

Unfortunately, the dogs lack the agility to corner such speedy little animals and just scratch at them instead.
