Sarah, 8, ran 100 meters in 6.13 seconds. That blows human world record holder Usain Bolt out of the water. He ran 100 meters in a piddling 9.58 seconds.

A single UPS truck is the king of parking tickets in Denver, racking up a record $5,700 worth of fines last year.

Denver isn’t the only city that benefits. New York took in $18.7 million in tickets from UPS during the 2005-2006 fiscal year.

Monkey see, monkey do, monkey no pay.

An Arizona man has figured out a way to avoid paying tickets generated by camera-equipped speed traps — he wears a rubber monkey mask so that his face cannot be caught on surveillance.

Every time Dave Vontesmar gets a ticket mailed to him, he sends it back saying it’s not him.

And to think there are pervs out there who pay for this kind of thing.

A judge in Germany slashed a couple’s rent on their swanky Berlin apartment after they complained they could hear their neighbor urinating through the flimsy walls.

“It was not just the noise itself that was a problem but the fact that you knew exactly what the source of the noise was,” said tenant Peter Keller.
