Cops in Millville, NJ, discovered marijuana plants growing out of a basket hanging from a lamppost along High Street.

Officials with the city’s Parks Department, which tends to the baskets, say they have no idea how the plants got there.

Aaron Spradlin, 20, of Springfield, Ohio, allegedly broke into several homes there to steal bras and panties.

Police said they didn’t know why Spradlin took the stuff, which they found in his truck.
