A woman’s attempt at art criticism has gotten her busted.
Anne Carve, 56, allegedly stole a pair of men’s undershorts from the front of a Salisbury, NC, gallery where they had been hanging as an art installation.
She thought the display was disgusting.

A thief in Florida thought cigarettes cost too much, and decided to do something about it.
When he was told at a St. Petersburg convenience store that the cheapest pack cost $4, he pulled out a knife and demanded the smokes.
He then left $2.35 on the counter, which he seemed to think was a fair price. Next, he shook hands with the clerk and the clerk’s wife before fleeing.

A man in Bellingham, Wash., attacked the IHOP mascot, Suzie Pancake, as she tried to draw in guests.
Fortunately, the woman inside the Suzie Pancake suit wasn’t hurt, and the man was later charged with disorderly conduct.

A Tampa man killed his roommate and then drank his blood so cops wouldn’t catch him, authorities said.
Mauricio Mendez Lopez, 42, was caught after a witness saw him holding the glass he used to drink the blood while screaming, “This is my secret!”
The witness told cops that in Mexico, killers often drink the blood of their victims, thinking that it will keep police at bay

A 7-year-old girl in Oregon got a lesson in government bureaucracy when she was told she needed a $120 license to run a lemonade stand.
Julie Murphy apparently got the idea for her business from watching the cartoon pig Olivia and opened the stand at an art fair in Oregon City.
The long arm of the law came along in the form of a county health inspector, who threatened little Julie with a $500 fine, forcing her to shut down.
