Last May, Weird but True brought you the story of some Russian graffiti artists who painted a picture of a penis on a drawbridge in St. Petersburg. The phallic image could be seen throughout the city whenever the span went up.
Now the group has gotten a major award for their work.
The organization, Voina, was given a $14,000 prize by the National Center for Contemporary Arts in Moscow.
