The US Supreme Court has turned a deaf ear to a Texas cheerleader who sued after she was booted from her squad for refusing to cheer for a basketball player who she said raped her.

The high court refused to hear the case after a lower court said the girl had to follow the school’s order to cheer for the boy — who pleaded guilty to assault.

Adding insult to injury, she must pay the school $45,000 in legal fees.
