Chicago cops arrested a 10-year-old boy — for train robbery.

The preteen was among a group of 10-to-14-year- olds who burst into a Green Line train last week and ripped a cellphone out of a man’s hand.

A mugger in Boynton Beach, Fla., thought he had a easy mark when he tried to rob a 5-foot-7, 150- pound, 63-year-old man — who’s a skilled former college wrestler.

Victim Fred Kemp quickly got a hold of the BB-gun-wielding mugger and put him in a sleeper hold. The creep begged to be let go, but Kemp held him until cops came.
