A Michigan woman bought a house for $3,200 — and then made a quick $115,000 without even selling it.

After Brandi Crawford bought the super cheap, 1,800-square-foot tax-foreclosure home in Kalamazoo, she successfully sued the city for failing to tell her it contained lead paint.

The home was 110 years old.

The suspect, Donald Jones, was spotted by cops picking up the woman by the side of a road, buying her eats at the fast-food joint and then heading to a nearby park for a happy meal with a happy ending.

Most guys surveyed said they found the practice “completely unacceptable.”

Also, men said that after a date, they usually wait less than three days to call again.
