Charles, who set a limbo record in 2010 when she wiggled down to just 8½ inches, spends about four hours a day toning up her body.

The Buffalo native tours the country performing her best tricks. But like her mother, who was a pro limbo dancer in Trinidad and Tobago, Charles regularly has to go to a chiropractor to get realigned.
