The gender pay gap for women is going to close one day — unfortunately, that day is 202 years away.

The World Economic Forum, in a new report, blamed the prospect of such slow wage advancement for women on automation and lack of child care.

“It’s still a long way from parity, ” said co-author Saadia Zahidi.
