This aspiring model isn’t afraid to put both feet forward anymore.

Meagan Barnard — who suffers from a rare lymph node condition that causes her right leg to balloon — showed off her gams for the first time in 10 years in these revealing pictures published Monday by Barcroft Media.

Barnard, 24, said lymphedema brought her to the edge of suicide as cruel kids relentlessly teased her in high school as the “Michelin Man.”

For years following her 2006 diagnosis, she didn’t wear dresses or skirts and refused to talk about her condition.

She even managed to hide the condition for a year from boyfriend Robert Neidenfeuhr, 27.

“If Rob and I were sitting next to each other watching a movie, there would be a big, thick blanket between us so he couldn’t feel how hard my leg was,” she said.

Minneapolis resident Barnard hopes to raise awareness of the rare disease and money for her care.

There’s no cure for lymphedema and insurance companies won’t cover cosmetic surgery, she said.

Barnard has a GoFundMe page and hopes to come up with $44,000.

“I really enjoyed modeling for the pictures and would love to do more of that in the future,” Barnard said. “But without the surgery, I feel like many opportunities are not available to me — I just want a chance to live a normal life with normal opportunities.”
