Alec Baldwin’s failing late-night show may be canceled completely after he returns from a suspension, the angry actor admitted Saturday.

Baldwin hinted that his MSNBC show “Up Late” is on the verge of being canceled after the network yanked him off two episodes for using homophobic slurs.

“If the show dies, its fate ends up being no different than the vast majority of start-up TV programming, and so be it,” he mused in a Huffington Post blog.

The program has recently pulled roughly 395,000 viewers, down from 654,000 in October.
