It’s going to be hard to top the hilarity at Vice CEO Shane Smith’s 2015 skewering, but we hope Cesar Conde will bring lots of laughs to this year’s light-hearted Center for Communications roast.

Conde, chairman of NBCUniversal’s international group and head of Telemundo Enterprises, will be honored with the Frank Stanton Excellence in Communications award. Telemundo is set to air the FIFA World Cup next year.

Last year’s honoree was FX Networks chief John Landgraf. Message to Cen Com board members: It would be nice to have a woman candidate for next year?

The lunch will be held at the Pierre Hotel on Nov. 2.
