A Tennessee conservative talk-radio host who voiced skepticism about the COVID-19 vaccine has died after a lengthy battle with the virus, according to a report.

Phil Valentine was a decades-long presence on the Nashville airwaves, according to WTVF. He was 61.

SuperTalk 99.7 WTN announced his death Saturday.

He’d been ill with coronavirus for more than a month, WTVF reported.

In July, he told listeners he had COVID, but expected to be back on the air soon.
