St. Martin’s Press won the auction for Dylan Farrow’s young adult book, “Hush,” and has turned it into a two-book deal that will carry the same theme through both novels.

“The novels are set in a world where those in control of society have the magic to control and silence the truth,” said a spokeswoman for St. Martin’s.

Terms were not disclosed.

The book will appear under Wednesday Books, a crossover imprint formed two years ago for both adult and young adult titles.

It is headed by Editorial Director Sara Goodman.

The auction was run by InkWell Management’s Stephen Barbara.
