Faye Penn is jumping from Time Inc.-owned InStyle, where she was an executive editor, to be the new vice president of editorial at Lifetime.

Lea Goldman, editor-in-chief at Lifetime, Lifetime Movies and FYI, called Penn, “a digital native with a deep understanding of content and how to amplify it.”

Media Ink is not a bit surprised. Earlier in her career, Penn was a features editor at The Post and in 2009 founded Brokelyn, a Web mag devoted to budget living in Brooklyn.
