An insurance company wants nothing to do with Hulk Hogan’s second lawsuit against Gawker over the alleged leak of racist comments he made, according to a new court filing.
St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company says its policy doesn’t cover claims that arise from “deliberately breaking the law” and is under no obligation to cover damages alleged by Hogan.
Hogan sued Gawker for allegedly leaking to the National Enquirer sealed court documents in which he goes on a racist rant.
St. Paul will be in Manhattan court in October to ask a bankruptcy judge to agree that it’s off the hook.
