The digital landscape is shaking inside Condé Nast.

Gone in the shake-up is Joe Simon, who when he was raided from Viacom four years ago, sparked a legal tussle over his noncompete agreement.

Moving up is Fred Santarpia from the number four job in the Condé Nast Entertainment division under Dawn Ostroff and made the new executive VP and chief digital officer across all of Condé Nast on Monday.

Also gone is Rick Levine, who had taken over the editorial development group that had overseen iPad development after Scott Dadich moved to chief editor of Wired last year.
