Mic Network revealed in a regulatory filing that the official layoff tally from last week’s bloodbath is 113 employees.

The WARN notice filed with the New York Department of Labor on Nov. 30 said the official reason for closing was “contract cancellation by major customer,” which was reportedly Facebook.

Mic, which had raised more than $60 million in investor money, said last week it was laying off most of its staff and selling its name and assets to Bustle for $5 million.
