Lachlan Murdoch is set to head up new Fox, the future version of the company should 21st Century Fox sell the bulk of its TV and movie assets to Disney.
Murdoch, who will grab the title of chairman and CEO, and John Nallen, currently Fox’s CFO, will become COO of new Fox. Rupert Murdoch will be co-chairman of the streamlined company.
